Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using OneGreen's cloud phone rental platform, applications (including Green Box Manager and related tools), and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

OneGreen provides rental of cloud-based virtual phone devices and associated software (e.g. Green Box Manager, Green Hidemium Automation, Green Capcut, and other listed tools). Services are provided as described on our website and in your chosen plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Payment & Billing

Fees for cloud phone rental and related services are as stated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Overload or abuse our infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

OneGreen and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, and materials. Your use does not grant you any ownership. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software except as permitted by law or separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, breach of terms, or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonable.
